overview of IHS at two separate investor conferences on Wednesday,
February 24, 2010.

IHS Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jerre Stead will present at the
Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference 2010 at the Westin St.
Francis Hotel in San Francisco at approximately 2:40 p.m. EST.

IHS Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael J.
Sullivan will present at the Robert W. Baird & Co. 2010 Business
Solutions Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston at
approximately 1:30 p.m. EST.
